Once I had a dream I had a parrot and it was really smart.

I want a dove.

I had 2 pigeons I found hurt in school, One died and the other one got freed

Also my brother found a cute bird in our backyard it also got freed after it got better.

For what I know my grandma has doves and parrots in her house but yk parrots are like endangered species and they're not quite legal where I live.

Anyways I LOVE humming birds they're so cute and during aloe blooming season they become really common

Once I found a European starling in my Spanish class. Like. Flew in from the hallway. I grabbed him and put him out the window. When I came back he was gone, so he was prolly fine.

In Dublin there's this park and outside it on a sort of island in the middle of the road, a man feed the pigeons oatmeal. He's very kind and if you stop to admire he'll invite you over and give you oatmeal for the birds. And there's an entire flock. Not juts a few. He's been there the last two times we went. He's really cool. I wanna be like him.

@grandmatorchic

yeah, parrots like the big ones are really common where I live, sooo yeahh like 3 out of 10 houses has or had a parrot in their houses

birds are peak animal design

i remember, near the end of the year, a bird had somehow gotten inside the orchestra room (like just outside it, really, but it was in fact there) and it was dead. the thing is, none of us know how it got in there because, yes, there is a door that leads out into the outside world, but next to no one uses it, so how did it get in?

we buried it and made a whole memorial post on our teams page lmao

also i live near geese and muscovy ducks and love to just sit and chill with them when i go on walks

Aww lmao i have so many stories of birds ending up in the most random places 😭 im glad u were able to get them out though!!

man i wanna visit dublin now. ppl who feed the pigeons always have my heart <3

there were these people who gave a flock of pigeons a whole bag of seeds when i went to London but some kid ran at the birds and they all flew away. i died a little inside

over here some ppl still have pet birds but not full on parrots, its usually js the smaller and more domesticated breeds (i still love them)

i dont see geese and ducks as often anymore but i used to live in a different city where it was normal to drive around and have to stop bc of a whole flock of geese crossing the street which was really random and funny the first time it happened
