you don't make animations every day? mostly art, actually. Yeah a lot of animations are just still frames of art. Everyone does it.

I think i remember used to be a limit on how long animations were allowed to be? but i think that was changed at like 2 to 3 years ago

I just relised im as old as this site.. 13 years of The Animator. Time Passes, jeez.
