Santa + Trespassing

So its well known that santa breaks and enters people homes on christmas night. Obviously breaking and entering is a crime (in most places.) Math time. If there are about 7.3 Billion people world wide. And the average amount of people per house is about 3, then about 333,333,333 house would be entered by Santa.

Trespassing/breaking and entering can be split into 3 catagories: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree. With 1st being major and 3rd being minor. 2nd and 3rd degree trespassing usally doesnt have a fine (2nd degree might have about $100 fine. Sometimes). But 1st degree does., as long as the trespasser has intent to commit a crime. While giving someone a free gift isnt illegal, it is if its done in a pyramid scheme.

A pyramid scheme is a larger payout of the higher classes compared to the lower. (Ex: Rich get richer and the poor get poorer.) And despite how it sounds, the poor get little-to anything at all from Mr Clause. And thats why Santa traspasses in the first place! To make the rich richer and make the poor poorer! Im not into the law catagory but this seems like a debateable option. So the fine for 1st degree trespassing is 1,000 USD. So in total, about a 333,333,333,000 USD fine. Yet, sadly, prison sentances dont stack. So along with the fine, Santa gets 1 extra month in the slammer.

I could go on and on about Santa. Some questions could be: Are Elves free people? Is Santa exploiting his workers? Does Santa abuse his reindeer? Do Elves (and or Santa) build illegal toys for children? You get the point. Anyways, thanks for reading my goofy ahh christmas documentary.
