Breathe in and out deeply.
This really helps.
I've got another thing to calm you down. It's called 487.
If you're panicking or just feel incredibly dizzy or sick, try this.
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold it for 8 seconds.
Breathe out for 7 seconds.
I've tried it before, and it works.
