I have to take Melatonin pills otherwise I saty up past 12 and only sleep from 30 mins to an hour and a half.
So it's the only way I get good sleep.

You won't feel sleepy at first. But if you try to sleep for 15 mins then you fall asleep and don't remember it happening.
