Ability 1:

Toast Man has the ability to create knives out his bare fingertips, but it requires energy. The more energy he has, the longer and more durable the sword/knife can be. He can also throw with very precise accuracy.

Ability 2:

Super speed. Toast Man is extremely fast, however like his knives, it requires energy to activate. The more energy he has, the faster he can run. He can create after images of himself with enough energy. During super speed, everything is slow motion to him, meaning he can dodge very easily too.

Ability 3:

A transformation, giving Toast Man a boost in all of his stats, as well as acquiring wings. These wings allow him a height advantage and also style points ;). This new transformation also comes with a new ability, a big ol sword. This sword as shown is very big, and very strong. Despite his size, Toast can carry the sword with ease and swing it numerous times before he gets tired and transforms back.

Feel free to dumb down his powers, change how he looks, whatever you want :)
