Stage 0: Transformation into infected.
Sanity: Mental resistance to infection.
High exposure to infected lowers Sanity.
Below 30: Hallucinations, false enemy sightings.
Hunger: Sustains energy.
Depletes over time.
At 0: Health and Sanity decay faster.
Control over Body: Measures physical autonomy.
100–70%: Normal movement.
69–30%: Limbs twitch and break unnaturally; extreme pain, impaired aiming.
