I turn objects different colors, I normally come in a liquid state, Once on a object I tend to dry for more than a hour, If you wait for 5 years my color will brighten. What am I?

That’s a good answer but i have to disagree with you there. Paints typically dry darker, particularly oil, acrylic, and latex paints. However, that doesn't mean it will look different than what's on the paint swatch. If you mix the paint properly, it should look the same as the color you picked out once it dries.
